30-Day Mindset Mastery Challenge

This free challenge will help you rebuild the mindset you need in order to manifest anything you desire in your life. Each day, you will have a new Daily Teaching as well as a Daily Affirmation and Daily Gratitude tailored to that day’s lesson. A journal or notebook is encouraged to follow along with each lesson.

Welcome to the 30-Day Mindset Mastery Challenge! My name is Ana Rebeca and I'm your Mindset + Manifestation Coach for the next 30 days. If you follow along diligently every day, do the exercises listed, and continue to build on the things I teach, you will be in the mindset to conquer and achieve anything at all.

This challenge outlines the exact framework and steps that I took in order to help me:

  • Get through a painful breakup and heal myself in the process

  • Give up alcohol and other substances that were no longer serving me

  • Overcome and conquer my anxiety and depression

  • Find my passion and purpose in life and create a map to my dreams

  • Improve my relationships with family and friends

  • Attract more money and stability in my life

  • Create a healthier self-image and effortlessly lose weight

  • Live a happier life filled with only things that serve me

  • Let go of all fears, limiting beliefs, resistance, and doubts I had

  • Start to truly love myself and realize I had the power all along

Here is what to expect from the challenge each day and week:

  • Each day you will have a new Daily Teaching, Affirmation, and Gratitude to practice. Some of the exercises require a journal or notebook to complete.

  • Week 1: We discuss the foundational and fundamental work necessary to rebuild everything in your current mindset from the ground up. We’re getting rid of all the old programming that no longer serves you.

  • Week 2: We learn how to reprogram our mindset through our conscious and subconscious minds. This is where we begin to implement the new way of thinking that is necessary to build your manifestation confidence.

  • Week 3: We begin uncovering tools you can use to manifest anything you desire. These techniques in combination with the work we’ve already completed will give you a great jumpstart to bringing your desired reality closer to you.

  • Weeks 4 + 5: We are putting those tools and concepts into practice to begin consciously manifesting our lives. Gone are the days of unconsciously wandering through life accepting a version of reality that no longer serves us!
